Day 1: On Tuesday we took the train to the city and I had met up with friends at the station. Both classes met at Federation Square. We then split up into two groups and our group went to the Shrine of Remembrance. They spoke to us about World War 1 and showed us what they wear. Will participated in dressing up as a solider and told us about how heavy the gear is and how difficult it would've been to wear it.

We then went to a place called the Urban Seed for Activity 2. It was about helping homeless people. It ended up being really cool for how they help. They have their own place and anybody even homeless people can just come in to eat lunch. They can also communicate with people and possibly become friends. We were taken in to some alleyway where we were spoken to about the graffiti.

Day 2: On Wednesday, We took the train again to the city and met up at the same spot. I personally think Wednesday was one of the fun days out of the 3. We were given a map and a question sheet where we had to go around the city looking for landmarks or buildings that had the answer to the question. For the second activity street art got called off because of the weather so we were taken to some technology place which had some really cool entertainment around. The Matrix room was pretty cool.

Day 3: We had to go to a normal school day but we had casual clothes. We had to meet at the theatrette at period 1. We met a guy who had been doing marshal arts for 44 years and he had taught us basic defense moves. We then walked to the Uniting Church and we had been given a presentation by the police about sexting and Alcohol charges. After that we had free time around the place so we watching people play some weird game and then found a piano so everyone started playing it. After that the teachers gave us an activity and we had to list what girls and boys have different to each other and it turned out to be really funny. It was a really fun program and hopefully we get to do something similar again.
